A. Lipson New York 2006 Vortex At the age of 43 last Fall, I purchased my first bicycle in 25 years - A LiteSpeed Firenze. I couldn't ride three miles with stopping. I started riding seriously in the Spring and invested in a 2005 Vortex. I am now 40 plus pounds lighter and I just purchased a the new 2006 Vortex - which is an unbelievably great bicycle. Last week, I flew from New York to California with some friends and our bicycles. We rode through Sonoma, Napa, Marin and into San Franciso over the weekend.
